Welcome to the first ever episode of Caffeinated Chaos! 🎉 Host Whitney Aguon is kicking off this exciting new podcast with a warm welcome, tons of energy, and a relatable look into the whirlwind of balancing business, parenthood, and relationships.

If you're juggling a cup of caffeine in one hand, a to-do list in the other, and stepping over piles of laundry (or, in Whitney's case, a D4 dice), this podcast is for you. Life is messy, chaotic, and sometimes downright hilarious, but Whitney is here to show you how to navigate it all with heart, humor, and a little bit of caffeine.

In this episode, you'll hear about:

  • Whitney’s life as a mom of two (a toddler and a newborn!), a business owner, and now a podcaster.
  • The real (and often hilarious) struggles of building a business while raising little humans.
  • How running a business with her husband, Aguon Studios, keeps life both creative and chaotic.
  • Why this podcast exists: A safe space for anyone balancing the chaos of business and family, sharing both the wins and epic fails.
  • Whitney’s personal experience of building a business and raising kids without a manual, offering a dose of reality for anyone feeling overwhelmed.

Each week, Whitney will bring you authentic stories, insightful guests, and actionable tips to help you thrive in both your business and your family life—without losing sight of what matters most.

Whether you're a parent trying to crush your business goals between nap times, or an entrepreneur squeezing in work around soccer practice and recitals, Caffeinated Chaos is the podcast for you. Whitney’s here to say, "I see you, and I get you." You're not alone in this.

Welcome to the first ever episode of Caffeinated Chaos! I am so excited! I'm your host, Whitney Huggins, and I am so excited to be here with you today and be able to finally say, welcome to my podcast. If you're anything like me, you're probably juggling some sort of cup of caffeine. Whether it's coffee or tea or, tis the season, a peppermint mocha, in one hand and your to do list in the other. And let's be real, your to do list is on your phone. I see you. I understand. Also, you're probably quietly tiptoeing around your house, stepping over those loads of laundry, toys, the Lego. In my house, the worst thing you can step on is a D4 dice. For those who don't play Dungeons and Dragons, it is a dice in the shape of a triangle. Yes, a pointy triangle. So if you step on that, it hurts so bad. But, if any of this is sounding familiar to you, well, welcome my friend. You are in the right place. This is the podcast where the hustle meets the heart. And it's all about navigating the beautiful chaotic mess that is business, parenthood and relationships. And trust me, we are going to get into every topic in between. So grab a cup of coffee, have an extra sip for me and let's dive in. Let me introduce myself. I'm a mom of two littles, an entrepreneur, and now, can you believe it, a podcaster. My days are fueled by caffeine. And, I like to say, I'm the queen of messy buns. My hair's always up. I run a business with my husband that's equal parts creative and strategic. It's called Uggen Studios. We do business consulting as well as offering custom printings such as like business cards and stickers. My toddler loves that I can make stickers because then she can get stickers basically on demand anytime. But, we'll get into that a little bit later. I'm a mom of a toddler, like I said, and a newborn. Yeah, you heard that right. A toddler and a newborn. Three years old and four month old. So yes, my life is as chaotic as it sounds, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm here to share the real, the raw and sometimes hilarious stories of what it's like to build a business while raising tiny humans. And let's be real, no one handed us a manual for this, did they? This is why the podcast exists. It's a safe space to get real about the highs and the lows and the what the hell am I doing moments. And trust me, I know we all have them. Each week, we'll have episodes where I share my journey, the lessons I've learned, wins worth celebrating, and all of the epic fails. Because I know, there are so many. We'll also be joined by insightful guests who have been there, done that, and lived to tell the tale. You'll get actionable steps to help you thrive in your business and in your family without losing sight of what matters most. will be lots of laughs and tons of chaos. I get it. Being a parent and a business owner often feels like you're living two very different lives. You're trying to crush your goals, grow your business, while at the same time making sure that your kid eats more than gummy bears and goldfish crackers. I can't be the only one, right? It's a lonely world out there. Sometimes you just need someone to say, I see you and I get you. I understand. And this is what that podcast is all about. It's for the moms and the dads building dreams between nap times. The entrepreneur squeezing in zoom calls between soccer practice, and recitals. And for anyone who basically is trying to find balance in a world that rarely slows down. So if this sounds like you, welcome, my friends. You're in the right place. Make sure you hit that subscribe button and join me every week for your dose of caffeinated chaos. If you enjoyed this small intro, please share it with a fellow entrepreneur or your fellow besties. The ones who really need to hear this. I can't wait to grow and laugh and navigate all the chaotic moments with you. Until next time, cheers!
